Carla Hyatt, RYT 200
Carla came chasing the snow and sun from northern Michigan in 2007, and has since called Summit home. Between on mountain adventures and busy work schedules, yoga provided her not only physical strength and endurance, but balance and nourishment for her body, mind and soul helping her to expand in directions she never before thought possible.
Carla immersed herself in study with Yogi Aaron in 2016, earning her 200 hour training with a focus on Tantric, Hatha and Kundalini practices. She has since studied the Yin, anatomy, as well as extensive on water SUP Yoga trainings.
She's excited to share her love of movement and vinyasa flows blended with the powerful energetic practices of the ancient lineages of yoga. Carla seeks to continue learning, experimenting, and offering playful sequences designed to supplement each students' day.
