Chelsea Gasper, RYT 200
For Chelsea, yoga has been a life long journey. Introduced at a young age, she has remained close to her yoga studies through a life of many moves and travels. Yoga has always been a constant in Chelseas life. In 2018 she traveled to Guatemala to complete her 200 hour Vinyasa training with the Kula Collective. She is very connected to the spiritual aspects of yoga, and enjoys to teach slow flow classes, with emphasis on alignment and steady pranayama. Chelsea believes the practice of yoga should feel like coming home, to yourself. She looks forward to sharing this feeling of home on your mats.
