Eve McDermid, RYT 200
Eve has spent the last ten years practicing yoga and she recently completed her second yoga training in Bali. Her journey through yoga started with a series of health issues that lead to a major shift within herself. She dealt with a back injury that has given her the knowledge and understanding to keep her students safe while practicing. She encourages her students to take the time to tap into what they need on their mat and to go more deeply within both body and mind. Her classes will help you let go so you can be more fully present both on and off the mat.
