Peak Yoga is all about community. From the minute a new student walks through our doors until they leave, our goal is to make them feel welcomed, acknowledged and appreciated. Our team embodies that intention and our management treats our team with the same respect and appreciation that it treats our students.
We opened our doors in 2014. Since then have grown to a robust offering of nearly 40 classes a week in a variety of styles and formats.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Front Desk Coordinators are the faces of Peak Yoga.
The Front Desk Coordinator is often the first person that a new Peak Yoga student meets - and that's a significant responsibility. It's the job of the Front Desk Coordinator to introduce themselves and ensure the new student feels welcome and has their questions answered about classes/events, studio etiquette, pricing and packages. Coordinators embody the Peak Yoga mission and culture with strong interpersonal communication skills, extensive knowledge of our services and enthusiasm for maintaining the presentation of our facility.
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible driving studio membership sales and retention, running the front desk, managing client accounts, checking in retail inventory, assisting ith scheduling workshops and events, day-to-day studio operations and studio cleanliness. Front Desk Coordinator may also be asked to help with special projects as needed such as but not limited to: maintaining reports, contributing to social media marketing, researching locations for retreats or coordinating joint marketing with other local businesses. Success in this position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, unparalleled customer service skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, studio leadership, a focus on process and details, a drive to take ownership and follow up.
Peak Yoga is looking for a dedicated, service-minded individual who is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and wellness with others. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a welcoming and outgoing nature, enjoy sales, respond well to metrics, hold themselves to a high standard of accountability, be self-directed and reliable, be open to feedback and be able to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities and situations concurrently.
Front Desk Coordinators work 10-12 classes a week and participate in team meetings (no more than 4x/year) where our entire team gets together to discuss what is happening at the studio, find ways to improve our processes, and ensure that everyone is ready to answer any questions from students.
This position is based in Dillon, CO and reports to Studio Owner.

Welcome students at the front desk
Educate students about the details of our offerings and products
Manage a smooth and efficient flow at the front desk during busy check-ins
Call/email Intro Offer students to answer questions, book classes and promote membership
Call/email members who have been absent from the studio to schedule their next class
Work with MINDBODY Online for all bookings and transactions with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain student accounts in MINDBODY Online by suspending/unsuspending accounts, extending packages, updating student information
Kindly hold boundaries and enforce Peak Yoga policies
Maintain a clean, safe, organized and aesthetically pleasing space which includes but is not limited to: vacuuming, cleaning mats, dry-mopping, cleaning and organizing the prop wall
Be the eyes and ears for management, communicate the needs of the physical space such as need to restock schedules or improve the ice removal on building walkways
Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling events and workshops
Check retail inventory into MINDBODY Online
Part Time: 20-25 hours/week (must be at the desk 10-12 classes/week)

Monday 8:00 am - 12:3O pm
Tuesday 7:30 am - 1:45 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am - 1:45 pm

Able to remain in a stationary position and operate a computer for at least 50% of the time
Able to move and lift up to 25 lbs
High School diploma
CPR Certification required - can be acquired shortly after start date
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training program preferred
Experience with social media marketing for businesses
Experience with MINDBODY Online
