Julia Dereere, RYT 200
Julia started her yoga journey in 2009 as a way to stretch after a day on the hill and recover from injuries. She then found herself using yoga to mend her spirit and find her center. In 2014 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and quickly realized that she wanted to teach yoga more than she had ever wanted to do anything else. Julia's hope is that she will inspire her students in the same way they inspire her, on and off the mat.
