Kathleen Greer, RYT 200
As a longtime practitioner and teacher of yoga, Kathleen has come to appreciate the unique experience of every individual. She began her journey in the mid nineties, apprenticing with a Senior Iyengar Teacher, and has continued to deepen her own knowledge and practice ever since. She has studied and taught Intro, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes, as well as teen yoga courses. Her goal in each class is to create a safe space and opportunity for individuals to create more balance, strength, flexibility, and peace while learning to listen to their bodies and move with intention. Kathleen’s classes are alignment-based, peaceful, and playful.
