Katie Hardy, RYT 200
Katie began practicing yoga in 2006 and in 2010 completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Rolf Gates. She's been teaching ever since. Katie tends to teach a warm vinyasa flow style class, deeply connecting breath and movement so that it starts to become automatic for students – allowing them to let go, release stress + anxiety, and become more present in their body. She believe that her role as a teacher is to create a space that allows students to tune into their bodies, and feel the tremendous strength, joy, and peace that is already within them.
