Guiding from the ground up with solid fundamentals and safe foundations Maddie’s ideal class leaves yogis feeling challenged, empowered and successful. After battling chronic illness for most of her twenties, yoga became a guiding force in her life empowering her to live fully. Through her vinyasa training she harnessed power through breath, connection and meditation. Her class will encourage you to lead with your heart, smile and find resilience in the challenge.
