POP-UP! Myofascial Release and Self Massage (Lower Body)

We will use simple props (blocks and tennis balls) to explore deep muscle and myofascial release in this pop-up. Our goal is to not only facilitate release, but to give you techniques that you can take home in order to help yourself heal and recover from all other athletic endeavors!

Pop-up classes are mini-workshops which explore specific elements of yoga. Some focus on specific postures, some of fer a different style of practice, some introduce new facets of yoga. Unlike workshops, there is no additional fee for pop-up classes. Unlimited members attend for free. Non-members may use a class from a mutli-class pack or purchase a drop-in.
