Sarah Schwartz, RYT 200
As a Summit County native, Sarah grow up living a very active lifestyle, and came to yoga to improve strength and flexibility during snowboarding training. She started attending yoga multiple times a week and was hooked on the changes in her body and her mind. Sarah completed her 200 hour YTT in 2017. Her vinyasa style classes focus on alignment, breath work, and the yoga philosophy with a touch of meditation. She enjoys sharing her passion of the connection of the mind, body and spirit.
