New Class: Yoga and Meditation



WEDNESDAYS 5:30 - 6:45 PM

This class is designed for beginner and experienced meditators alike! Crafted with an energetic theme in mind, the practice uses asana (the physical yoga poses) to prepare the body and mind for an accessible seated guided meditation. Each class will introduce students to methods that deepen the experience of yoga by weaving in practices such as breath-work (pranayama), chanting, bandhas (physical body holds), philosophy, Ayurveda, and mudras in an inspiring approach to yoga. This class is designed to be very approachable for anyone ready to deepen their practice to the next level.
